Putt-Putt Fun Center in Chesterfield closes after 54 years

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Putt-Putt Fun Center on Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield has recently closed after being in business for 54 years.
Multiple signs and messages were recently put up by the Putt-Putt Fun Center, thanking customers and announcing its closure after offering putt-putt golf, an arcade, go-karts and more for over half a century.

People took to Facebook on Saturday after hearing the news, sharing stories of time spent at the family-friendly hangout spot, located at 7901 Midlothian Turnpike, throughout its decades long run.
