Richmond Animal Care and Control reaches maximum capacity, urges for pet adoptions
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Richmond Animal Care and Control (RACC) has announced that its shelter has reached maximum capacity, prompting an urge for pet adoptions.
In the evening on Saturday, May 10, RACC announced on social media that its shelter had reached maximum capacity, and that adoptions were needed to make space.
"A full shelter even causes more stress on each animal because it's so loud," the shelter said.
