Richmond Police investigating credit card fraud incident
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Richmond Police is currently investigating the use of a credit card that is believed to be stolen. According to a post from police, on Aug. 21, a person wearing a black surgical mask, a black t-shirt with the Gucci logo on the front and red pants entered a business and bought something with a stolen credit card. The business is located "in First Precinct area," according to police.
