RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Attention, cat lovers! In a partnership with Richmond Animal Care and Control, Richmond Public Library's Belmont Branch will host a work-from-home cat café on Tuesday. From noon to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 21 in the meeting room of the Belmont Branch Library, attendees can treat themselves to a work-from-home day surrounded by adoptable kitties.
