Richmond restaurant Slurp Ramen to close at end of March

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Richmond restaurant Slurp Ramen will close at the end of March.

According to the restaurant's Instagram, Slurp Ramen, located at 2416 Jefferson Avenue, will close its doors on Sunday, March 30.

"It's been a wild ride these last two years, but the time has come to bid this lovely neighborhood farewell," the restaurant said in its Instagram post. "We want to thank everyone who supported us, everyone who dined with us and all staff present and past, we couldn't have done it without you."

The restaurant also announced that its hours will shift ahead of its closure. Slurp Ramen will be open from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.

"We've got a bunch of new stuff on the menu and you should definitely give it a shot before its gone," Slurp Ramen said.
