Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention returns for its 36th year

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention is coming up at the end of the month -- celebrating 36 years tattoo history. Since 1988, this convention has celebrated tattoo art and artists, showcasing their work to enthusiasts in the industry. Hosting this year's convention will be Richmond's very own world-renowned tattoo artist Jesse Smith. His co-host will be Ryan Ashley, winner of the TV show Ink Master. According to the festival organizers, the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention will be more than your average tattoo convention -- featuring many talented tattoo artists, exhibitions, competitions, entertainment and much more.
