Richmond updates several of its payment mailing addresses

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The City of Richmond has updated several of its mailing addresses for tax payments.

On Thursday, April 3, the City of Richmond announced that its Department of Finance has updated the mailing addresses for personal property taxes, business property taxes and real estate taxes.

To ensure there are no disruptions in payment processing, city residents and businesses are asked to update their records with the following new mailing addresses:

Utility Payments

Officials said the change in addresses is part of an ongoing effort to streamline operations and ensure timely processing of resident payments.

However, according to the city, any payments that are sent to the previous mailing addresses after June 30, 2025 may experience delays in processing.
