Richmond’s 19th annual Halloween Parade to be held tomorrow
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- It's about that time Richmond residents, start getting those costumes march-ready -- the 19th annual Richmond Halloween Parade takes place tomorrow! All the Saints Theater Company is hosting the annual Richmond Halloween Parade for its 19th year on Thursday, Oct. 31 starting at 7 p.m. sharp in Monroe Park. The theme of the parade this year is to march through Oregon Hill in support of Palestinians. People are encouraged to come in costume and to bring items to make noise with -- bells, whistles, bands, drums, pots and pans -- get prepared for what they hope will be the loudest parade yet! There are several disclaimers that All the Saints is providing for would-be parade goers, including: Do not bring fireworks Do not litter Be aware of your surroundings in the streets Leave your animals at home Be respectful of those around you For more information, check out the All the Saints Facebook page.
