Road closures, no parking zones announced for Shamrock the Block Festival in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The Richmond Police Department has announced road closures and no parking zones that will be in effect for the Shamrock the Block Festival happening this weekend.
Multiple road closures and no parking zones will be in place on Saturday, March 14, from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. as a result of the event.
The following areas will be closed to traffic and parking:
- West Leigh Street between Hermitage Road and Meyers Street (2000-2700 block)
- DMV Drive between West Broad Street and West Leigh Street (1000 block)
Any vehicles that remain or park in posted no-parking zones may be towed.
