Science Museum of Virginia to host National AI Literacy Day Celebration

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Join the Science Museum of Virginia as they invite you to learn more about artificial intelligence and celebrate National AI Literacy Day.

On Friday, March 28, the museum will be hosting a celebration of AI Literacy Day with what they call a special technology focused program, which will feature unique ways for guests to interact with generative artificial intelligence.

Attendees can:

  • Help create and discern AI images during a live demonstration
  • Have an image drawn of themselves by an AI-powered robot
  • Take part in an AI LEGO building challenge in "The Forge"

The event will take place at 2500 West Broad St. from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a live demo showing offered at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
