RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued severe thunderstorm warnings and watches for various parts of Central Virginia on Thursday.

The following Central Virginia areas are under a severe thunderstorm warning until 8:45 p.m. on Thursday, May 15:
