Single-vehicle crash on County Drive in Prince George County causes delays

PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- All lanes are closed on Country Drive in Prince George County due to a single-vehicle crash.
Prince George County Fire and EMS' Facebook page asked drivers in the morning on Tuesday, Sept. 16, to "avoid the area of 8000 County Drive. Crews are on the scene of the crash."
The closure was announced just before 9 a.m. on Tuesday by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
Both county officials and the VDOT have asked drivers to take alternate routes and to expect traffic delays.
Officials have not yet released information regarding possible injuries.
