StormTracker8: Beautiful Monday Evening; Less Humidity on Tuesday
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) – We are in for a beautiful stretch of weather for the final days of August 2025 this week, thanks to a recent weather system early Monday, which will usher in a Canadian High-Pressure system to the Eastern United States. Details below.
This evening through Tuesday morning, calls for partly cloudy skies early on transitioning over to mostly clear skies and comfortable temperatures overnight, getting down to around 60 degrees.
Tuesday will be a very nice day for outdoor plans, under partly sunny skies, less humidity and highs 80 to 85 degrees.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will all be very similar to what we will experience on our Tuesday this week with lower humidity, lots of sunshine and comfortable temperatures all week long.
Next Monday and next Tuesday calls for a very low possibility of a shower or thunderstorm, as the humidity begins to increase once again early next week.
LONG RANGE – Beyond 8 days, on September 3rd and beyond, I’m seeing increasing temperatures and increasing humidity once again returning to the 8 News Viewing Area.
TRACKING THE TROPICS – We continue to track Tropical Storm Fernand, but fortunately this will not impact the United States at all this week.
