StormTracker8: More Wintry Weather Possible

Richmond, Va. (WRIC) -- Temperatures today will be even nicer than yesterday, with highs in the low 40s. The only bummer is, it will be mostly cloudy to overcast for much of the day.

This evening, isolated showers that could include rain/snow mix will move into Central Virginia. These will mainly be from 8pm tonight through near sunrise on Wednesday.

Wednesday, we are tracking the possibility of snow, especially for those south of I-64. Some of this snow could accumulate to amounts near 1-2 inches. Temperatures will remain near freezing from 6am Wednesday through 6pm, then fall going into Thursday morning.

Thursday highs will be slightly cooler, but still above freezing, and Friday we will warm to 40° again. This weekend we are expecting highs in the upper 30s with a few clouds hanging around.
