Street closure: South 31st street to close due to construction

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- According to the City of Richmond and the Department of Public Utilities, South 31st Street will be closed Thursday, Nov. 20.
Roads will be closed on 99-1 South 31st Street from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. due to ongoing construction at the East Main Street and Williamsburg Avenue intersection.
The advisory also notes that "de-energizing street lighting is required for underground utility activities."
