TGI Friday’s to offer free kids meals to families impacted by SNAP delays
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- As the U.S. enters day 36 of the longest government shutdown in history, TGI Friday's says it will soon provide families impacted by the recent Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) delays with a free kids meal.
Starting Nov. 6 through Nov. 20, families will be able to receive one complimentary kids meal with each adult entrée purchase at participating locations throughout the U.S.
These parts of Virginia will be most impacted by SNAP delays
This offer comes as the ongoing government shutdown has left many families who rely on SNAP vulnerable.
After Nov. 20, TGI Friday's stated the offer will continue every Tuesday until the end of the year.
This offer will be available for customers who dine in during the two-week period and will be limited to only one kids meal per adult a day.
Guests must provide a valid Electronic Benefit Transfer Card (EBT) to receive the offer.
