Tractor-trailer crash on I-95 North in Hanover causing delays

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 95 North in Hanover County is causing delays late Monday night.
The crash took place just after 10:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 6, on I-95 northbound just before Old Ridge Road, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
As of 10:36 p.m., the left lane is closed.
VDOT warns that Virginians should avoid all non-essential travel during this severe winter weather.
