HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- For two years in a row, the Dominion Energy GardenFest of Lights at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden has won USA Today's Best Botanical Garden Holiday Lights Display. According to Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, for the second year now, the Dominion Energy Garden Fest of Lights has been coined as the Best Botanical Garden Holiday Lights Display in USA Today's 10Best list.
