Vehicle fire on I-95 causes delays in Colonial Heights

COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WRIC) -- A vehicle fire incident on Interstate 95 is causing delays for drivers in the area of Colonial Heights.
The incident was first reported by VDOT at 11:44 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13, and is located on I-95 South near the Temple Avenue exit.
According to VDOT, the south right lane and right shoulder are closed. There are approximately three miles of traffic backups.
