Washington, D.C. man accused of serial burglary, credit card theft in Henrico

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A Washington, D.C. man is facing nearly a dozen charges in connection with a string of burglaries across Henrico County.
On Thursday, Sept. 4, officers with the Henrico County Police Division were called to a business in the 11200 block of W. Broad Street for report of a suspicious situation.
When they arrived, they found 42-year-old Andre Henry of Washington, D.C. who, according to police, was attempting to purchase items from the business using stolen credit cards.
Investigators then determined that Henry is the main person of interest in connection with a series of mid-July burglaries at business offices in the county. According to police, he is also believed to be involved in many other credit card thefts, burglaries and frauds throughout Henrico.

Though additional charges are pending relating to those investigations, Henry currently faces 11 charges, including:
- Four counts of felony burglary
- Five counts of felony credit card theft
- One count of felony obtaining money by false pretense
