RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Gov. Glenn Youngkin is expected to sign a new state budget at noon on Friday, May 2.
Last month, the Democrat-controlled General Assembly voted to pass by more than 160 of Youngkin's 205 proposed amendments.
