RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The newly inaugurated Gov. Abigail Spanberger (D) will address the Virginia General Assembly on Monday.
The afternoon of Monday, Jan. 19, Spanberger will stand before the General Assembly and deliver remarks commemorating the beginning of her term as governor.
Spanberger, who has become the first-ever woman to serve as Virginia's governor, was recently inaugurated on Saturday, Jan. 17.
