At 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 30, the all-new "Wizard of Oz: On Ice" will take over the Dominion Energy Center. Tickets are available as of Friday, Jan. 31, starting at $39.50. Take a trip down the yellow brick road with Dorthy as meets the Tin Man, the Cowardly Lion and the Scarecrow.
