World Oddities Expo stops in Richmond with vendors, performers and guest speakers

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The World Oddities Expo, a traveling oddities festival, is stopping in Richmond in mid-March, featuring artists, vendors, performers, guest speakers and more.

The festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on both Saturday, March 15 and Sunday, March 16 at the Greater Richmond Convention Center, located at 402 N. 3rd St.

According to organizers, attendees can expect to see taxidermy, jewelry, insects, macabre art, home decor and more.

In addition, visitors can get a tattoo on-site, participate in a hands-on workshop, listen to guest speakers and watch music performances, live painting and more.

General admission tickets are $20 and VIP tickets, which offer exclusive early access, are $25. Children 12 and under are free with a parent or guardian.
