11 injured in 9-vehicle crash on I-95 in Prince George County

Ten out of those 11 have non-life-threatening injuries, and one has life-threatening injuries. Police said charges are pending and the crash remains under investigation. The interstate closed as first responders worked to clear the scene, then was reopened.
