2026 Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10K unveils race shirts, medals
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The 2026 Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10K revealed the shirts and medals on Wednesday for the upcoming race in April.
On Wednesday, Feb. 11, Sports Backers unveiled at the Virginia Museum of History and Culture the 2026 Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10K participation shirts and finisher medals for the race on Saturday, April 18.
The race is the fifth-largest 10K in the nation and the biggest race in Virginia, organizers said, calling it the "unofficial kickoff to spring."
"I think it's for Richmond," said Nan Callahan with Sports Backers. "It's our biggest block party, it's impossible to be in town that weekend and not know somebody who's doing it. Do it yourself."
Callahan encouraged Richmonders to either participate in the event this April or cheer on participants.
"It's just that community joy," she said.
