21-year-old man reported missing out of Ashland, police ask for public’s help

ASHLAND, Va. (WRIC) -- The Ashland Police Department is asking for the public's help to find a 21-year-old man reported missing out of the area on Thursday evening.
Jammy Pitts, Jr. was last seen in the area of West Patrick Street and Park Street in Ashland shortly before being reported missing at around 6 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 5, according to police.
Pitts, pictured below, was described by police as a six-foot one-inch white male, with blue eyes and blond hair. He was reportedly wearing a black t-shirt, black pants and beige shorts, and he has a tattoo on his left arm.

While no foul play is suspected at this point in the investigation, police said Pitts' family "are concerned for his well-being."
