23-year-old suspect killed by Chesterfield Police officers
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A 23-year-old man was killed on Thursday during a shooting that involved three officers with the Chesterfield County Police Department.
The shooting occurred at around 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 24, after officers found 23-year-old Ronald R. Estes III at a BP gas station in the intersection of Genito Road and Old Hundred Road, according to police.

Officials said that no police officers were physically injured during the shooting, and the three officers involved have been placed on administrative leave with pay.
The incident is currently under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call Chesterfield County Police at 804-748-1251.
