RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Police seized about 50 pounds of marijuana, multiple firearms and tens of thousands of dollars from an illegal "pop-up" business in Richmond on Friday. Just before 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 13, officers with the Richmond Police Department -- acting on the results of an initial investigation -- executed a search warrant at 1409 Hull Street, which police described as the site of an "unlicensed, illegal drug distribution operation." The building is located near several businesses and is directly across the street from the Hull Street Branch of the Richmond Public Library.
