57-year-old Henrico man dies in Louisa County crash
LOUISA COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A 57-year-old Henrico County man is dead following a single-vehicle crash in Louisa County Sunday evening. At 10:48 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 17, Virginia State Police responded to a single-vehicle crash that killed one person on Route 635, just south of Tater Lane in Louisa County. Police said Daniel Robert Mayhew was driving a 2021 Toyota Tundra truck south on Route 365 when he ran off the road to the right, overcorrected to the left, ran off the road on the left side and hit trees. Mayhew died due to his injuries at the scene. According to police, he was not wearing a seatbelt. Police continue to investigate.
