82-year-old man with dementia missing out of Chesterfield

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- An 82-year-old Chesterfield County man with dementia is missing as of Wednesday evening, per police.
At about 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 13, the Chesterfield County Police Department issued a missing persons alert for 82-year-old Robert Halsey.
Halsey was last seen leaving his Brickland Road home in his car around 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
According to police, Halsey has dementia and is in need of daily medication.

Halsey, pictured above, is described as a white male with blue eyes and white hair. Police said he is approximately 5'11" tall and weighs about 207 pounds.
His vehicle is described as a dark blue 2016 BMW 4-door sedan with a license plate number of JVK-9270.
