CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- 8News is looking for Richmond area residents to participate in a Black History Month panel discussion. Ahead of Black History Month, celebrated and recognized in February, the panel will meet in the 8News studio for a discussion about what it means to be Black. Participants must be willing to speak and appear on camera. Those interested in participating can fill out this Google Form, which includes a spot where viewers can select their availability.
