NEW KENT COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- All lanes on Route 106, or Emmaus Church Road, were closed on Saturday morning.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), all northbound and southbound lanes on Emmaus Church Road near Jimmy Burrell Lane were closed on Saturday, April 5, due to police activity.
Drivers were advised to avoid the area as first responders worked to clear the scene.
