At least one person hurt in crash involving motorcycle on I-85 in Dinwiddie

DINWIDDIE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- At least one person was hurt in a crash involving a motorcycle on Interstate 85 North in Dinwiddie County on Friday.

At about 6:24 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 22, troopers with Virginia State Police (VSP) were called to I-85 northbound in the area of Gatewood Road for report of a crash.

The crash involved two vehicles, one of which was a motorcycle.

At least one person was hurt as a result of the crash. A VSP spokesperson could not confirm the severity of this injury. He also could not confirm whether the person hurt was the motorcyclist, or if they were someone in the other involved vehicle.
