Bermuda, Southside and Greater Fulton Medical Centers close in Richmond area

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Three Capital Area Health Network (CAHN) medical centers in the Richmond area are closed following "unforeseen federal restrictions under the new presidential administration."

The network is a nonprofit organization that operates six locations in the Richmond area.

According to a message shared with patients by the organization, Bermuda Medical Center, Southside Medical Center and Greater Fulton Medical Center closed as of Feb. 3 "until further notice."

The message added that patient providers at those locations have been moved to Vernon J. Harris Medical and Dental Center, Northside Medical Center and Pediatric Medical Center.
