RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Black Friday is officially here and shoppers have been lining up since the early hours of the morning today. Major retail stores that will be open today include: Kohl’s: 5 a.m. to 12 a.m. JC Penny: 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Walmart: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Target: 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. If you want to do some shopping at Richmond malls, here are the hours: Southpark Mall:  7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Short Pump Town Center: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Chesterfield Towne Center: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Stony Point Fashion Park:  10 a.m. to 8 p.m. For those who prefer the comfort of shopping from home, Cyber Monday promises even bigger deals. Experts predict that clothing will see the best prices online, with discounts on gadgets like phones and computers expected to hit 30% off by Monday. Adobe’s research indicates that Cyber Monday will be the best time to shop, as deals will peak at 30% off before gradually dropping to around 15% after Monday. Amazon is also gearing up for millions of deals, they'll start just after midnight Saturday and run through Dec. 2.
