The Caroline County Board of Supervisors has selected Justin L. Bullock to be the county's next Director of Parks & Recreation, according to a Feb. 9 press release.
Bullock was chosen to step into this role following the retirement of former director Donnell Howard, who had spent over three decades serving Caroline.

"We are very excited to welcome Justin Bullock to Caroline County and our local government management team," said county administrator Charles M. Culley, Jr. in the release. "We look forward to the contributions he will make and the energy, ideas and innovations he will bring to take Parks & Recreation to the next level in Caroline County."
