Chesterfield family without a home after large fire on back deck
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A Chesterfield County family is without a home after a large fire burned through their back porch.
At about 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29, crews with Chesterfield County Fire and EMS were called to a house in the 4000 block of Beulah Road for report of a structure fire.
When firefighters arrived, they found heavy fire on the home's back deck that had spread to the back of the home.

The fire was put out within 15 minutes, according to officials. One person was treated at the scene for minor burns.
Three people -- an adult and two children -- were displaced by the fire's damage. They are being assisted by the Red Cross, officials said.
