Chesterfield Police searching for suspect in connection to convenience store robbery

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Chesterfield County Police Department is seeking to identify a suspect in connection to a robbery at a convenience store.

Police said that the suspect robbed the Refresh convenience store, located at 100 E. Hundred Road, at about 10 a.m. on Sunday, July 6.

The suspect reportedly entered the store, approached the counter and stole cash while threatening an employee.

After the suspect stole the money, they ran away.

The suspect is described as a Black man who was last seen wearing all black clothes and a multi-colored jacket, according to police.
