City of Petersburg approves new bond application for residents

PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) -- The Petersburg Department of Economic Development Authority has approved a new application for issuance of revenue bonds.
Upon submission, the applicant must pay a one time application fee that varies depending on the requested bond amount.
The applicant will then fill out a series of questions upon completing the form. According to the drafted document, bond request amounts vary, however as of right now requests cannot exceed $50 million.
