RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The City of Richmond has announced that water production has been restored as of noon on Tuesday, though it will take hours for it to be distributed throughout the city. Water production was restored as of noon on Tuesday, Jan. 7, according to city officials. The city continues to urge residents to conserve water when possible.
