COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WRIC) -- A Colonial Heights 5th-grader won a poster contest held by Virginia State Police.
On Tuesday, April 15, state police announced that the poster design submitted by Tussing Elementary School's own Oluchi Gabriel won its "Missing Children's Day Poster Contest."
"Keep up the amazing work," Virginia State Police said in a Facebook post.
