StormTracker8: Seasonable Sunday; More warming on the way

Richmond, Va (WRIC) -- We have a very seasonable day in store! Temperatures will be near normal in the low 60s and we will be under mostly sunny skies.

Clouds will increase during the overnight hours and temperatures will cool into the upper 40s.

Monday will feature partly sunny skies and more warming. Highs will be in the low to mid 70s. A great way to start the week!

There will be mostly sunny skies overhead for Tuesday and temperatures will be near 80. Temperatures overnight will be mild near 60.

Wednesday will be warm as highs will climb into the low 80s, but it's also our next best chance to receive precipitation. A cold front will be moving over the region and this could trigger a few isolated thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening hours. Isolated rain showers will continue through the night into Friday.

Unfortunately, the rain doesn't stop there. The cold front will linger over Central Virginia and bring multiple rounds of isolated showers Thursday, Friday, and Saturday to end our work week and start our weekend.

Sunday, for the Easter holiday, is looking decent. Mostly cloudy skies will be over head and we could get a few peeks of sun. Temperatures will be very comfortable in the mid 70s. It'll be a great day for an egg hunt after church! Rain showers are possible during the overnight hours and we could be looking at a very rainy Monday.
