Comedian Jo Koy to make stop at Richmond’s Altria Theater

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Comedian Jo Koy will be making a stop at Richmond's Altria Theater in April.

Koy will bring his "Jo Koy: Just Being Koy Tour" to the Altria Theater on Thursday, April 9, with tickets going on sale to the general public at 9 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 16.

The comedian continues to be one of the top 10 grossing stand-up comedians each year in Pollstar and Billboard, per a Jan. 12 release.

Koy most notably hosted the 81st Golden Globe Awards in January 2024.

Per a release, Koy starred in the 2022 Universal Pictures comedy "Easter Sunday" and appeared in Disney’s "Haunted Mansion."

Koy will also make stops in cities like Seattle, Toronto, Boston and Rochester.
