Crews work to contain dump truck fuel leak after multi-vehicle crash in Chesterfield
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Chesterfield County Fire and EMS' HAZMAT team worked to contain a fuel leak from a dump truck on a section of Midlothian Turnpike on Wednesday afternoon after a multi-vehicle crash.
At around 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12, Chesterfield Fire and EMS reported that its firefighters and members of its HAZMAT team were on the scene for a multi-vehicle crash that closed down several lanes of Midlothian Turnpike near Walmart Way.

No one was seriously injured in the crash, according to officials.
Chesterfield Fire and EMS said its HAZMAT team worked to contain a fuel leak from a dump truck involved in the crash.
At 3:30 p.m., officials said the road was reopened and the scene was clear.
