At around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21, the Virginia Department of Transportation reported that the left shoulder and left lane were closed on I-95 North near Old Ridge Road due to a crash. Virginia State Police said one person has died in the crash, which involved one vehicle. Troopers are working to identify the victim and notify the next of kin.
