Delays in Richmond as I-64 crash closes multiple lanes

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A vehicle crash on Interstate 64 is causing delays for drivers in the City of Richmond.
The crash was first reported around 6:15 a.m. and is located near the Nine Mile Road exit on the eastbound side of I-64.
According to VDOT, the east left shoulder, left lane, right lane and right shoulder are closed. There is currently a 2.5-mile-long backup.
