Disabled man missing out of Henrico could be in danger

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A 28-year-old disabled, "mostly non-verbal" man who is missing out of Henrico County could be in danger, per authorities.

Just before 10:15 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 8, the Henrico County Police Division issued a missing endangered person alert for 28-year-old Timothy Kilpatrick.

Kilpatrick was last seen leaving the 1900 block of Reagan Road around 8:10 p.m. on Monday. According to police, he has multiple disabilities and is "mostly non-verbal."

His disappearance is believed to pose a credible threat to his health and safety.

Kilpatrick, pictured above, is described as a 6-foot-1-inch-tall man who weighs about 310 pounds. Police said he was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue shorts and black socks. He was not wearing shoes.
