Five orange cats abandoned in container outside of Richmond Animal Care and Control

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Five orange cats were abandoned and left in a container outside of Richmond Animal Care and Control. According to a post to social media by the shelter on Wednesday, Jan. 29, the cats were left on the side of its building. The shelter reminded residents that it has officers on call 24/7 for emergencies, staff available every day for emergency surrender services.
