RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A flash flood warning has been issued for several Central Virginia localities on Wednesday.
The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a flash flood warning for the following localities until 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14:
- Brunswick County
- Dinwiddie County
